Purchase Executive

Position: Executive Purchase

Company: Dipanshu Promoter and Builder Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Head Office, Ranchi

Experience: 3–5 Years in Construction Industry

Qualification: Graduate – Any Field

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- CTC per month

Job Responsibilities

·        Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.

·        Source construction materials from reliable vendors and suppliers.

·        Obtain quotations, prepare Comparative Statements and negotiate prices.

·        Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements.

·        Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials at sites.

·        Coordinate with Project/Site, Stores and Accounts teams.

·        Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, invoices and delivery documents.

·        Monitor market rates and support cost-effective procurement.

·        Ensure materials are procured as per required quality and specifications.

Required Skills

·        Good knowledge of construction materials and local supplier markets.

·        Knowledge of quotation comparison and Comparative Statement preparation.

·        Good understanding of Purchase Orders and procurement documentation.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

·        Good vendor coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure purchase will be preferred.
