Job Description
Bhatias Enterprises is hiring a Project Engineer for construction project and site execution work in Ranchi.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site work and coordinate labour, subcontractors and vendors.
• Read drawings, take site measurements and prepare quantity estimates, BOQs and material requirements.
• Track progress, material consumption and work quality; maintain daily site reports.
• Check contractor measurements and bills, and coordinate with the office for material procurement and payments.
• Identify execution issues promptly and follow up to complete work as per drawings and agreed timelines.
• Follow site safety practices and maintain proper work records.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant construction/site execution experience.
• Ability to read civil and architectural drawings and use AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of estimation, measurements, billing, material planning and quality checks.
• Clear communication in Hindi and basic working English.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Ranchi.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skills.
