Role Description The Marketing Executive role at White Basket Laundry is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement, including local promotions, partnerships, and digital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with operations to design targeted offers. The role involves managing communication across channels such as social media, local advertising, and customer outreach, as well as tracking campaign performance and preparing periodic reports. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with management to refine the marketing strategy and contribute to business growth in the Ranchi market.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, local competition, and emerging trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage customers, support lead generation, and build relationships.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels relevant to local service businesses.
• Relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in services or retail sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and presentation; familiarity with social media management is an advantage.
