HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations for our hotel and restaurant business. The candidate should have strong experience in hospitality hiring and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing for hotel and restaurant operations.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
