Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Front Desk Manager to handle daily front office operations at our diagnostic centre. The candidate will be responsible for patient handling, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, inquiry management, staff coordination, and maintaining smooth communication between patients and departments. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, team management, and a professional attitude are essential. Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or diagnostic centre management will be preferred.
