Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified franchise leads.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective new franchise partners.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, ROI, and business potential.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless franchise onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required Skills

• Experience in B2B or franchise sales.
• Knowledge of franchise business models and market expansion.
