Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication and providing full support without any sales target.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding company services
• Assist clients with queries, issues, and account-related support
• Maintain proper client records and follow-up when required
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and guidance

Requirements:

• Graduate (compulsory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (Customer Relationship / Telecalling / Client Handling)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – complete package)
• Knowledge of web browsing and email communication (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage)
