Digital Customer Specialist (DCS) Company: Ayuda Solutions Pvt. Ltd. 


About the Company:

Ayuda Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates with good communication skills in Hindi and English for the role of Digital Customer Specialist (DCS).


Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Answer product and service-related queries.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Act as the voice of the company while interacting with customers.
  • Onboard users through company technology platforms.
  • Assess risk, assist in fund disbursement, and manage collections.
  • Ensure service quality and follow internal compliance processes.


Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Only Distance Education acceptable)
  • Experience: 0–3 years (BPO/Call Centre experience preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply 
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (Must be able to read English and translate to Hindi/Regional Language) 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable working in voice process 


Work Details:

  • Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour rotational shift)
  • Shift Pattern: 8 AM – 9 PM (No fixed shift or week off preference) 
  • Rotational Week Off
  • No leave allowed within first 0–90 days (except emergency with approval)


Job Location:

  • 5th Floor, Plot No 3/P, MIMEC Cable, C/O, Namkum Industrial Area, Namkum, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834010
  • Candidates preferred within 10 km radius or willing to relocate


Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: Vary on Process
  • In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000
