Reporting To: Group Management (Wealth, Artocult & Realty Divisions)


🎯 Role Overview

The Branch Manager (BM) will serve as the primary representative of Tora Tori Group in Ranchi, responsible for driving business growth across Wealth, Artocult, and Realty sectors. This role demands a visionary leader with strong execution capabilities, deep HNI relationships, and the ability to build a high‑performance branch ecosystem from the ground up.

The BM will oversee sales, marketing, operations, team development, brand building, project execution, and new branch expansion in nearby regions.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Drive sales targets across Wealth, Artocult, and Realty verticals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of HNI, UHNI, investors, and premium clients.
  • Lead wealth product sales, investment solutions, and realty project sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion routes.

2. HNI Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing HNI networks.
  • Form and manage HNI Clubs for wealth, art, and realty engagement.
  • Conduct exclusive events, previews, investment meets, and art‑culture gatherings.


3. Branch Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations with high efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a performance‑driven team.
  • Implement SOPs, compliance, reporting systems, and operational discipline.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Wealth, ArtoCult, and Realty teams.

4. Marketing, Branding & Promotional Activities

  • Execute local marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events.
  • Strengthen Tora Tori Group’s brand presence in Ranchi and neighbouring regions.
  • Drive digital + offline marketing strategies for lead generation and brand recall.


5. Project Design, Execution & Innovation

  • Collaborate with management to conceptualize and execute new projects.
  • Bring creative and artistic thinking to ArtoCult initiatives and community building.
  • Oversee realty project promotions, investor presentations, and execution timelines.


6. Expansion & New Branch Development

  • Identify potential neighbourhood markets for expansion.
  • Lead feasibility studies, location scouting, and branch setup operations.
  • Ensure smooth launch and operational readiness of new branches.


7. Reporting & Strategic Alignment

  • Provide weekly/monthly business reports to management.
  • Align branch performance with group vision, mission, and long‑term strategy.
  • Maintain transparency, accountability, and proactive communication.


🧠 Candidate Profile & Skills Required

Professional Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, wealth management, realty, or multi‑sector business leadership.
  • Strong background in team training, team management, and operations.
  • Proven track record in HNI acquisition, relationship management, and investor engagement.
  • Experience in brand building, promotional activities, and event execution.
  • Ability to design, plan, and execute new projects and business models.
