Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign work to warehouse staff and monitor productivity and performance.
• Ensure inventory is stored accurately and maintained according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory variances, and customer complaints related to warehouse activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and maintain warehouse records.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
