Do you love travel and want to help students see the world through a different lens? Join The Learning Squad, an experiential learning initiative by Squad Tours, and turn that passion into a career.
You'll design and sell educational tours for schools — from building the itinerary to building the relationship with the school that trusts you with their students. When it's time for the trip, you'll often be right there too, leading the group as a volunteer and making sure every journey runs smoothly and safely. It's a role that mixes the energy of sales with the adventure of travel — some days at your desk shaping the next great trip, others on the road living it.
What you bring: strong communication skills, a genuine love for travel, a sales-driven mindset, and the willingness to hit the road when a group needs you. If you've worked in travel, sales, or tour management before, even better — but what matters most is your energy and reliability with young travelers in your care.
