Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads for life insurance products through various channels (cold calls, referrals, networking, field visits, digital platforms).
- Meet and interact with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and suggest suitable life insurance solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients for policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Stay updated on company products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- 0–3 years of sales/marketing experience (life insurance or financial services preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
