Experience: 5+ Years (Loan Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales. The candidate will lead and motivate a field sales team, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the field sales team.
• Drive loan sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
• Develop business through open market sourcing and customer acquisition.
• Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales, with team handling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of secured/unsecured loan products.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.
