Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of Billing Machines, POS systems, Thermal Printers, Barcode Printers, Barcode Scanners, and Retail and Restaurant Billing Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business leads through calls, field visits, social media (like, Facebook, Instagram, Google) and other marketing activities.
• To learn new tools in AI everyday to boost sales (Should have knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini)
• Promote and sell POS machines, Billing Software, Thermal Printers, Barcode Printers, and related products.
• Identify potential customers in Retail Stores, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Jewellery / Imitation Shops, and other businesses.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer information.

Required Skills :

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in IT products, POS systems, printers, electronics, or B2B/B2C sales will be preferred.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
