Job Description
-IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Phone Calls અને અન્ય sources પરથી મળતી sales leads handle કરવી
-New customers સાથે professional communication કરી product, price, MOQ અને delivery details સમજાવવી
-Customer ની requirement સમજવી અને યોગ્ય trophy / corporate gift products suggest કરવા
-દરેક lead નું regular follow-up કરવું અને pending enquiries ને convert કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવો
-Customer ને quotation / product photos / catalogue મોકલવા
-Customer સાથે થયેલી વાતચીત અને enquiry નો proper record maintain કરવો
-Confirm થયેલા orders ની details office/factory team સુધી properly communicate કરવી
-Existing customers સાથે relationship maintain કરી repeat orders માટે follow-up કરવો
-Daily leads, follow-ups અને sales conversion નો daily report આપવો
-Customer complaints અથવા issues ને યોગ્ય team સુધી પહોંચાડી તેનું follow-up કરવું
