Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of mandap structures and event materials.
• Manage fabrication, carpentry, painting, welding, polishing, and finishing activities.
• Monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, store, and dispatch departments.
• Maintain quality standards and reduce production wastage.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Implement safety practices and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Handle vendor coordination and material follow-up when required.
• Prepare production reports and monitor productivity.
• Knowledge of ERP Software.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication industry.
• Experience in event setup, fabrication or decorative structure production will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage production targets under tight timelines.
