• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards.
• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales.
• Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamond knowledge, and company products.
