Job Description

  • Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Assess individual or commercial client risk profiles and articulate current and future insurance requirements. [1, 2]
  • Policy Comparison & Sourcing: Research, compare, and present insurance plans (such as property, motor, health, or commercial lines) from multiple carriers to find the best value and terms. [1, 2]
  • Negotiation & Placement: Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage conditions with insurance underwriters on behalf of the client. [1, 2]
  • Policy Management & Renewals: Handle new policy issuance, document processing, and timely tracking of policy renewals or amendments. [1, 2]
  • Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims-filing process, coordinate with insurers, and help ensure fair and prompt resolution. [1, 2, 3]
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate digital records, CRM entries, and documentation while adhering to regulatory and ethical compliance standards.
