About Silver Filtration

Silver Filtration manufactures and exports water filter cartridges from two manufacturing facilities in Rajkot, Gujarat. Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FDA, ZED Gold, and SGS, the company currently exports to 20+ countries. Roughly 60% of business today is export; the company is now investing to significantly scale its India domestic market, which currently makes up around 40% of revenue.

About the Role


We're hiring Inside Sales Executives and Inside Sales Consultants to drive Silver Filtration's India domestic growth. This is a multichannel sales role — phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels — connecting with resellers, distributors, and B2B customers to promote Silver Filtration's product range, convert inquiries into orders, and build relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat accounts. Because filter cartridges are a consumable, recurring-order product, this role is built around compounding relationships, not just one-off closes — and is compensated accordingly.


The role is structured across three grades based on experience, with earning potential scaling accordingly (see Compensation below).

Key Responsibilities


●     Connect with resellers, distributors, and B2B customers across an assigned territory via phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

●     Promote Silver Filtration's product range (PP Melt Blown, String Wound, GAC, CTO, Pleated, Bag Filters, SOE cartridges, and filter housings) to prospective and existing accounts

●     Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and manage the order booking process end-to-end

●     Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributor/reseller accounts to secure repeat and recurring orders

●     Identify and onboard new resellers/distributors in open territory (tracked and incentivised separately — see Compensation)

●     Handle first-line technical questions on filtration specs (micron rating, cartridge type, housing compatibility); escalate complex queries to the technical team

●     Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, outreach activity, and pipeline data

●     Coordinate with production/dispatch to track order fulfilment and delivery timelines

●     Meet monthly order-value booking targets tied to grade (see Compensation)


Requirements

●     Graduate in any discipline; MBA or sales-related diploma is a plus; non-graduate with Great Sales Skills are most welcome too

●     2–10 years of B2B sales / inside sales experience — industrial, B2B channel, or distributor sales background preferred; entry point for this role is 2 years

●     Comfortable across both phone-based selling and written digital outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp) — this is a genuine dual requirement, not optional

●     Fluent in Hindi and relevant regional language(s) for the assigned territory; working proficiency in English

●     Comfortable in a high-volume, target-driven environment

●     Willingness to learn technical/filtration terminology (training provided — no prior filtration knowledge required)

●     Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, LinkedIn, Basic MS Office
