Position: HR Manager

Location: Ribda, Rajkot, Gujarat

Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help build a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Conduct employee counseling and conflict resolution.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist department managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
  • Identify training and development needs.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory obligations.
  • Handle audits and maintain compliance records.

Training & Development

  • Organize employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Plan and conduct skill development and leadership training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and employee development plans.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
