About The Role

We’re looking for an HR Head to own the entire people function. You’ll build culture, hiring, and systems

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent & Hiring

- End-to-end hiring for 20-30 roles/month across tech, sales, ops

- Build employer brand + campus pipeline + vendor management

2. People Operations

- Payroll, benefits, compliance, PF/ESI, labor law adherence

- HR policies, onboarding, exit process, employee handbook

- Manage HRMS and data reporting

3. Culture & Performance

- Performance management, PMS cycles, OKRs

- Employee engagement, retention, grievance handling

- Training, L&D, leadership development

4. Strategy

- HR budget planning and workforce planning

- Business partner to founders/dept heads

- Drive diversity, DEI, and company values

Must-Have

1. 6+ Years HR experience with min 2 years as HR Manager/Lead

2. Hands-on in hiring + HR Ops + Compliance for 100-500 employee company

3. Strong in: Recruitment, HRMS tools, labor laws, payroll

4. Degree: MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred
