Job Summary

The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating business for Micro Business Loans by identifying and acquiring new customers through field activities. The role involves customer sourcing, relationship building, document collection, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits, market mapping, and customer referrals.

Identify and acquire eligible Micro Business Loan customers.

Conduct customer meetings to understand funding requirements.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Collect KYC and income-related documents from customers.

Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for loan processing.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.

Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Micro Business Loan, Business Loan, LAP, MSME Loan, or NBFC/Banking field sales.

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in the field.

Good knowledge of the local market and business segments.

Basic understanding of lending processes and documentation.

Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
