Customer Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and the internal team.
• Handle email communication with clients.
• Verify customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Track daily shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
• Maintain order and dispatch records in Excel.
• Perform general office coordination and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in calling/customer support is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Working Hours

• Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• • Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
