Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Male/Female) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude to assist customers with software-related queries.

• ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Provide support for billing software.
• Follow up with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the technical support team.
• Maintain customer records and daily reports.
• Explain software features and guide customers.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• RequirementsMale/Female candidates can apply.
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
• Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (English is a plus).
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
