• About the Company: We are an RBI-approved Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in providing financial services with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, governance, and ethical business practices. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to oversee corporate secretarial functions and ensure compliance with the RBI, the Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

• Key Responsibilities: RBI & NBFC Compliance, MCA/ROC filings, SEBI/FEMA compliance (if applicable), and ensuring overall statutory adherence under the Companies Act, 2013.

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector.

• Eligibility: Must be an Associate/Fellow Member of the ICSI (ACS/FCS).

• Salary / CTC: No Bar for Right Candidate
