Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

• 1. Develop a strong understanding of client needs and business requirements within the corporate segment
• 2. Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients by consistently offering solutions aligned with their objectives
• 3. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, services, and commitments to clients
• 4. Drive revenue growth from assigned key accounts and achieve business targets within the defined territory/segment
• 5. Generate leads for additional products and services in line with defined KRAs and KPIs
• 6. Take ownership of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team targets
• 7. Collaborate with other managers for joint account development and overall business growth
• 8. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure retention and loyalty
• 9. Identify and convert new business opportunities into sustainable, long-term partnerships
