Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new Insurance Advisors/Agents through field sourcing and references.
- Explain the career opportunity and complete advisor onboarding.
- Train advisors on life insurance products, sales process, and compliance.
- Motivate and guide advisors to generate new business.
- Help advisors with lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
- Monitor advisor productivity and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular relationships with active advisors and improve retention.
- Conduct field visits and support advisors in customer acquisition.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and recruitment reports.
- Ensure business is generated according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
