Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities for travel, visa, holiday, and corporate travel services.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle key accounts and VIP clients professionally.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Identify emerging travel destinations and business opportunities.
  • Recommend new products and services based on market demand.
  • Support management in strategic planning and business expansion.

4. Corporate Travel & MICE Business

  • Generate leads for corporate travel management services.
  • Develop MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with HR departments, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers.

5. Revenue Growth & Profitability

  • Increase overall company revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and conversion ratios.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure profitable pricing and commercial viability of travel products.

6. Marketing Support

  • Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, travel fairs, networking events, and business conferences.
  • Represent HIR International professionally in the market.

7. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
  • Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Track lead generation, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Present business growth reports to management.
