Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Job RoleResponsible for developing the Agency Channel by recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing Insurance Advisors/Agents and generating Life Insurance business through the advisor network.
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agency network.
- Generate Life Insurance business through advisors.
- Train and motivate advisors on products, sales techniques, and processes.
- Support advisors in lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
- Conduct regular field visits and advisor meetings.
- Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing advisors and customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation, quality of business, and process compliance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the advisor network.
