Job Description

We are seeking a sincere, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Assistant Cum Jr. Tender Executive to join our team in Rajkot.

 

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Fresher’s are not eligible)

 

Location: Rajkot

 

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

·        Graduate in any discipline.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet applications.

·        Knowledge of online tendering processes and e-procurement portals will be an added advantage.

·        Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Administrative Responsibilities

·        Prepare, type, print, scan, and maintain office documents and records.

·        Manage correspondence, reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

·        Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.

·        Perform data entry and data management in MS Excel, MS Word, and online portals.

·        Coordinate with internal staff and external agencies for administrative activities.

·        Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation work.

 

Tendering Responsibilities

·        Assist the Sr. Tender Executive in preparing and submitting tender documents.

·        Collect, compile, and organize tender-related information and supporting documents.

·        Monitor tender notices published on various e-tendering portals.

·        Upload documents and assist in online tender submission processes.

·        Maintain tender records, databases, and bid submission registers.

·        Coordinate with clients, departments, and associates for obtaining required documents and information.

·        Support the preparation of technical and financial bid documentation.

·        Track tender deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

 

Candidate Profile

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, documentation, tendering, or related office work.

·        Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and grow in tendering and business development activities.
