Accountant

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Monitor and reconcile gold inventory, raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

Perform manufacturing cost analysis, product costing, and variance analysis.

Calculate production costs, wastage, recovery, and inventory valuation.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.

Monitor cash flow and support financial planning.

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Assist management in improving accounting processes and financial reporting systems.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
