Chakra E-Trans Pvt. Ltd. is pioneering Company in the field of managing Electric Bus Operations of Public Transport System (Govt. Projects). Company is having Pan India presence with Manpower strength of 1400+ employees. Head Office is situated at Nerul and have business set up in various states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana, Kerela,Odisha, Telangana.


Job Responsibilities :


  • Ensuring smooth Day-to-Day fleet operations and optimal fleet routes to ensure non disruptive service
  • Prepare and supervise daily vehicle deployment schedule, Driver allocation and ensure strict adherence to the Trip start time.
  • Properly plan and ensure regular & timely vehicle charging and cleaning schedule.
  • Supervising and guiding team of Route Supervisors, Charging staff, Drivers and all other support staff.
  • Take regular ‘follow up report’ regarding vehicle cleanliness, charging status, trip logs, trip time adherence, trip route adherence and other necessary feedback to ensure smooth fleet operation.
  • Maintain record of all the documents submitted by the staff while joining the depot operations.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of depot maintenance, fire safety provisions, vehicle status, drivers' fitness status, drivers' training needs, etc.
  • Preparing Daily / weekly reports, submitting the same to the Depot Manager / Depot MIS..
  • Proactive in directing subordinate staff for action to be taken in case of bus breakdowns, accidents and other vehicle casualties/ other issues in depot functions.


Minimum Qualification :

  • Graduate


Salary : ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Shift Timings : 2 different shifts


Morning to Afternoon : 05:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Afternoon To Night : 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Rorating Weekly Offs


Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)


Experience:

  • Public Transport Management System: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Electric Vehicle Fleet Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
