Job Description
- Sales Executive – Job DescriptionHandle Inbound & Outbound Calls and customer inquiries.
- Manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia & CRM.
- Follow-up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update all customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production and Management teams for order processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPIs.
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills required.
- Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Sales will be preferred.
