Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch planning, packing, loading and delivery documentation.
  • Maintain store inventory, stock inward/outward and material records.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales and Transport teams.
  • Ensure accurate stock entry, physical stock verification and timely dispatch.
  • Handle invoices, challans, e-way bills and other dispatch documents.
  • Maintain proper store organization and inventory reports.
