Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to assist clients with domestic and international travel planning. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of travel bookings, itineraries, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and tour bookings
• Plan and customize domestic & international travel itineraries
• Book air tickets, hotels, transportation, and travel packages
• Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, travel dates, and travel guidelines
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors for smooth travel arrangements
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records
• Resolve travel-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of travel booking procedures and itinerary planning
• Customer handling & sales skills
• Basic understanding of visa processing and travel documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking portals
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

• Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Presentable and professional personality
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Passion for travel and tourism industry
• Positive attitude and team coordination skills
