Tender Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals.
• Handle tender documentation, preparation, and submission.
• Work on the GeM Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
• Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents.
• Prepare L1 comparative statements and L1 comprehensive reports.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, and other tender-related formalities.
• Track tender deadlines, bid openings, and submission status.
• Maintain proper records of submitted and upcoming tenders.
• Follow up on tender results and participate in the bidding process.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of GeM Portal and government e-tendering processes.
• Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
• Understanding of technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Knowledge of L1 Comparative and L1 Comprehensive analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
