Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 80 connected calls daily
- Focus on bringing walk-ins to the institute
- Manage and update student data properly
- Do regular follow-ups with students and parents
- Guide and support the telecalling team
- Check team calling and performance daily
- Solve basic student and parent queries
- Share daily work updates and reports with management
- Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups
