Sales & Marketing Executive - Commercial Kitchens

We are looking for a technically-oriented sales professional to manage project leads end-to-end — from understanding client requirements and reading kitchen layout drawings to presenting quotations and coordinating smooth project delivery. Leads are provided; your job is to convert them professionally and see each project through to successful handover and payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet project clients (hotels, restaurants, institutions, architects, contractors) and understand their commercial kitchen requirements
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and kitchen layout plans during client discussions
• Work with the internal team to prepare and refine Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and cost proposals
• Present quotations, handle negotiations, and close project orders
• Coordinate with logistics, installation, and service teams for smooth execution
• Track payment milestones and follow up for collections at each project stage
• Maintain updated project pipeline records in Excel
• Liaise with architects, interior designers, and consultants on specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project sales, kitchen equipment, interior fit-out, or technical B2B sales
• Ability to read and understand CAD and architectural / kitchen layout drawings
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (BOQ, costing sheets, project trackers)
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English for written correspondence
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Background in hospitality, hotel management, or commercial kitchen operations
• Exposure to HORECA / food service / catering equipment industry
• Understanding of commercial kitchen workflow and equipment categories
