Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential plots. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet prospective customers and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
• Conduct plot site visits and assist clients during property inspections.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer databases and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams for bookings and agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
• Experience in Automobiles sales preferred.
• Field sales and client meetings.
