Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, achieve monthly sales targets, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and knowledge of sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the complete sales team and daily sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase business performance.
  • Monitor inquiry handling, customer follow-up, and retail conversion.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and motivation within the sales team.
