Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our solar business operations and drive growth in the renewable energy sector.

Position: Regional Manager – Solar Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand rooftop solar and EPC business.
• Build and manage dealer/channel partner networks.
• Lead and motivate the sales and operations team.
• Achieve regional sales targets and business growth.
• Coordinate with customers, DISCOMs, and project execution teams.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop solar, EPC projects, and government subsidy schemes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• MBA/B.Tech/Diploma (preferred).

Location: Multiple Locations (Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & West Bengal)
