Job Title: Real Estate Project Head

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Project Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate development projects, from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring project goals align with the companys vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with contractors and build the site management plan and timeline of construction.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain high standards for quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.

• Reporting:

• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management.

• 12 years of experience in real estate development or project management.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects.

• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
