Logistics Manager

1. Shipment documentation & processing:

 Processing invoice for outward shipments.

 Managing documentation related to inward and outward shipment.

2.     Reporting: Daily submission of Handling &Freight Report.

3.      Claim Management- Ensuring all claims are processed and submitted.

4.      Interdepartmental Co-ordination: Maintain effective communication and co-ordination among head office, sales team and dispatcher.

5.      Inventory Management Support: Maintain an accurate stock report and verifying it regularly with dispatcher’s record.

6.      Dispatch Co-ordination and Reporting: Co-ordinating with dispatchers to track pending dispatches and sharing daily report on the status.
