HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent to meet the organization’s staffing requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionUnderstand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Conduct reference checks when required.
• Negotiate salary and terms of employment within approved guidelines.
• Generate offer letters and coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Candidate Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates regarding interview status and selection outcomes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Recruitment ReportingMaintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
• Employer Branding SupportAssist in promoting the company as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also be considered.
• Required SkillsExperience using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
