Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and process new-hire orientation/documentation.
Employee Records & HRIS: Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, leave records, and confidential files.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, track attendance data, and address employee queries regarding benefits.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Help organize internal events, team activities, and assist with addressing daily workplace queries.
Compliance & HR Policies: Enforce company guidelines and support adherence to local labor laws and office policies.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in an HR assistant or administrative role.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of HR software (HRIS/ATS) and MS Office
