Job Description
- Plan and execute corporate, promotional, and marketing events.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Manage event setup, branding, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of event materials and promotional assets.
- Supervise event staff, volunteers, and third-party agencies.
- Coordinate venue bookings, permissions, and event requirements.
- Monitor event timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Handle client communication before, during, and after events.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure smooth event operations.
- Prepare post-event reports and maintain event documentation.
- Travel to different locations for event execution as required.
- Maintain inventory of branding materials, event equipment, and promotional assets.
