Customer Relationship Manager

·      Manage and maintain accurate customer data, track interactions and payment, and ensure timely follow-ups through the CRM system, and Payment coordinatore.     

·      Improve customer satisfaction, strengthen client relationships, and support consistent sales and service performance and “Timely receipt of the outstanding payment is essential for the company to maintain smooth operations.”.

·      should know how to get the payment released by coordination

·      should take job if good follow up capability

·      should be good at maths, which will help in payment coordination

·      maintain accurate and up to date customer data in CRM

·      timely follow-up and closure of customer leads

·      received payment entry and updates completed on time

·      customer issue resolution coordination

·      payment coordination and service towards customers

·      customer communication and response management

·      po entry and receiving updation

·      Update and maintain customer records in CRM (leads, contacts, interactions)

·      Record all customer calls, emails, and follow-ups in CRM

·      Track open leads / service requests and ensure timely follow-ups

·      Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution

·      Generate and share CRM reports (leads, follow-ups, closures)

·      Monitor SLA timelines and flag delays or risks in advance (for Payment)

·      Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM system

·      Escalate unresolved customer issues or system gaps

·      Should be must in English

·      Good communication skills
