Business Development Manager – Residential Real Estate SalesLocation: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month + incentives

Experience: 2–8 years in real estate sales / business development

Job OverviewHumein ek energetic, target-oriented aur experienced Business Development Manager ki zarurat hai jo residential apartment projects ki sales aur business development ko lead kar sake.

Candidate ki responsibility hogi leads generate karna, customers ko convert karna, site visits karwana, bookings close karna, sales team aur channel partners ko manage karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesResidential apartments ki monthly, quarterly aur yearly sales targets achieve karna.
  • Direct sales, digital leads, referrals, channel partners aur corporate tie-ups ke through business generate karna.
  • Customer enquiries handle karna, site visits karwana, project presentation dena aur booking close karna.
  • Local property brokers, channel partners aur property consultants ke saath strong relationship banana.
  • Sales executives aur channel sales team ko train, guide aur motivate karna.
  • CRM mein leads aur customer follow-ups ko properly maintain karna.
  • Market conditions, competitor pricing aur customer demand ko samajhkar sales strategy banana.
  • Marketing, CRM, finance aur project teams ke saath coordinate karna.
  • Sales funnel, lead-to-site-visit aur site-visit-to-booking conversion ko regularly track karna.
  • Management ko regular sales reports aur market feedback dena.
  • Existing aur prospective customers ke saath strong relationship maintain karna.
  • Naye channel partners, referral networks aur business opportunities develop karna.
  • Candidate ProfileReal estate sales / business development mein 2–8 saal ka experience.
  • Residential apartment sales ka practical experience hona chahiye.
  • Local real estate market ki achhi understanding.
  • Sales targets achieve karne ka proven track record.
  • Communication, negotiation aur presentation skills strong honi chahiye.
  • Brokers aur channel partners ke saath network hona preferred hai.
  • Sales team manage karne ka experience preferred hai.
  • CRM, Excel/Google Sheets aur WhatsApp ka basic working knowledge hona chahiye.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented aur result-driven personality.
  • Apartment pricing, payment plans aur home-loan process ki understanding preferred hai.
  • Performance KPIsMonthly aur quarterly booking value.
  • Total number of bookings.
  • Lead-to-site-visit conversion.
  • Site-visit-to-booking conversion.
  • Channel partner se generated sales.
  • Revenue generated.
  • Naye channel partners develop karna.
  • Customer follow-up aur CRM discipline.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives, experience aur performance ke according.
