Accountant Cum Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Stock Management: Inward and outward tracking with inventory control

• Cash Flow Management: Daily cash follow-ups and reconciliation

• Financial Reporting: Project-wise ledger statements and analysis

• Material Planning: Requirements forecasting and procurement tracking

• Documentation: Stock reports and delivery challan management

• Expense Management: Recording and categorizing operational expenses

• Banking Operations: Bank reconciliation and transaction processing

• GST Compliance: GST return filing and tax documentation

• Accounting Software: Proficient in Tally ERP

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting

• 3 years experience in similar role

• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting principles

• Experience with inventory and project costing

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
