Position OverviewWe are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Telecaller (Payment Collection) to manage customer and dealer follow-ups for outstanding payments. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, reminding customers about pending dues, coordinating payment commitments, maintaining collection records, and supporting the accounts team in ensuring timely payment recovery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Payment Follow-ups:

1. Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
2. Payment Reminders: Politely remind customers about upcoming and overdue payment deadlines.
3. Collection Coordination: Follow up with customers to obtain payment commitments and coordinate for timely collections.
4. Outstanding Management: Maintain and regularly update records of pending payments, overdue accounts, and collection status.
5. Customer Communication: Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment-related queries, discrepancies, and concerns.
6. Payment Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts department to verify payment receipts and update collection records.
7. Commitment Tracking: Maintain a record of promised payment dates and regularly follow up on pending commitments.
8. Dispute Resolution: Identify payment-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
9. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports of calls made, payments received, pending dues, customer responses, and follow-up status.
10. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned daily, weekly, and monthly payment collection targets.
11. Documentation: Maintain accurate customer-wise payment follow-up records, call logs, and collection reports.
12. Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks related to payment follow-ups and collection activities as assigned by management.

• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (B.Com candidates will be preferred).
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations.
• Good telephone communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of invoices, outstanding payments, and payment collection procedures.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in telecalling, payment collection, or customer follow-up will be an advantage.
• Experience in dealer or distributor payment collection will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Should be confident, patient, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Must be comfortable making regular outbound calls and handling payment-related conversations professionally.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of daily outbound calls made.
• Timely follow-up on overdue payments.
• Payment commitments received from customers.
• Actual payment collection against assigned targets.
• Accuracy of payment follow-up records and reports.
